Effective August 1, 2019, Orange County Sheriff's Department terminated its contract with ICE. This means that there is no longer a visitation program at James Musick or Theo Lacy facilities in Orange County.
FOCD volunteers are now focusing their efforts at visiting some of the nearly 2,000 men and women held in immigration detention at Adelanto ICE Processing Center. FOCD is offering new volunteer orientations on a need basis.
