Visitation Program

Since 2013 our visitation program has recorded more than 10,000 visits. Effective August 1, 2019, Orange County Sheriff's Department terminated its contract with ICE. This means that there is no longer a visitation program at James Musick or Theo Lacy facilities in Orange County. FOCD is now focusing it's efforts at visiting some of the nearly 2,000 men and women held in immigration detention at Adelanto ICE Processing Center.
